Not-Fried Fried Ice Cream

 Does the idea of making fried ice cream at home seem overwhelming? Here's a recipe that makes it easy (and a little healthier)!
Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream
 - 6-8 oz. plain potato chips
 - 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
 - 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
 - 3 tbsp. Butter
 
Optional Toppings:
- Chocolate syrup
 - Whipped cream
 - Cherries
 - Chopped Nuts
 
Directions:
- Crush potato chips into a fine consistency.
 - Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Melt butter and stir in sugar and cinnamon. Allow mixture to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
 - Stir in the crushed potato chips and stir until fully coated in the sugar and butter mixture. Again, allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly to prevent burning.
 - Pour mixture into a bowl and allow to cool.
 - While mixture is cooling, roll vanilla ice cream into 3"-4" balls.
 - Roll ice cream in cooled mixture and fully coat.
 - Add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
